We diagnose the actual water source before we quote anything — no guessing, no upsell, just a plan sized to your basement.
Basement waterproofing mistakes usually come down to one thing: fixing the symptom instead of the source. A contractor who paints over a wet wall without checking cove joint condition or exterior grading is setting you up for the same call again in a year or two.
We're bonded and insured for both residential and light commercial basement work across Palmyra, NY.
Most inspection requests get a same-day or next-day appointment, not a two-week wait.
No hourly billing and no change orders once your basement floor is already open.
We use pin-type moisture meters and a flashlight-and-crowbar inspection to trace water back to its real entry point.
We scope every Basement Waterproofing job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
We route drain tile beneath the existing slab line so flooring disruption stays minimal during installation.
Battery backup is available for any sump system, so a power outage during a storm doesn't undo the whole fix.
Vertical wall cracks get epoxy or polyurethane injection depending on whether they're still actively weeping.
A dimpled plastic membrane behind any finished basement wall channels residual moisture down to the drain tile instead of trapping it behind drywall.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Palmyra, NY basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
A quick phone conversation lets us bring the right equipment on the first visit instead of a second trip.
We also check exterior grading and downspouts, since a lot of basement leaks start outside, not inside.
We explain the reasoning behind the recommended system so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.
"We'd patched a basement crack twice ourselves before calling. The interior drain tile system actually fixed it instead of just hiding it again."
